Our Solution

Collaborating closely with our Senior Project Manager and the Mitie FM team, we undertook a thorough investigation — a methodical process of trial and error — to trace the exact source of the water ingress.

Once identified, we removed the concrete pavers and stripped back the failing asphalt to the original concrete substrate. The entire area, including the stair sections, was fully prepared in line with Triflex ProTerra specification to ensure a robust and long-lasting waterproofing system.

The final finish was completed in grey with yellow detailing to match the existing car park scheme. As part of the works, we also refurbished the walkway and staircase handrails to restore full functionality and aesthetics.
