As part of a phased refurbishment, we were tasked with replacing the asbestos roof. Our package included keeping 2/3rds of the building live during the project. Internally, our scaffolding partner built frames hanging from the underside of the roof, which were sealed at the top and the bottom. The roof was sectioned into 3 and stripped and replaced. Our design and program allowed the shop to open fully, 3 weeks ahead of program with an additional projected revenue of £750k.
