Project Overview

We were appointed to carry out roofing works to the main roof of the Malmaison Hotel in Liverpool, along with high-level works to the plant deck, delivering the project to an exceptional standard. In addition, we undertook façade cleaning and repair works to the building envelope using rope access techniques.

A key challenge of this project was that all works were completed while the hotel remained fully operational, including guest accommodation and an active external seating area.

Close coordination with hotel management and staff was essential, allowing works to be carefully aligned with daily operational requirements and scheduled around peak activity periods.
