Flat Roof Replacement
A relatively new Hotel, a new wing had been constructed to the rear of the Hotel. Unfortunately, the flat roofing elements had failed throughout
leading to substantial room-rate losses. We were tasked with replacement of said flat roofs whilst keeping the Hotel fully live, mainly throughout the harsh Highland winters. It was completed over a period of 3 phases and two years.
