RMLFS is a leading commercial roofing contractor, delivering reactive and project works for clients across the UK. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to directly employ an experienced Felting Gang to join our team.

You’ll be working as part of a dedicated flat roofing gang, delivering high-quality felt roofing systems across a variety of commercial projects.

Requirements:

• All members must hold valid CSCS cards
• Proven experience in built-up felt systems (single or multi-ply)
• Driving licence(s) and own transport preferred
• Strong commitment to health & safety and teamwork
• NVQ or manufacturer accreditations are desirable but not essential
