The height and location presented challenges when designing the scope of works. Being in the centre of Manchester city and in close proximity to the tramline, we realized that the scaffold edge protection had to be built at roof level. This posed its own issues as the roof needed to be fully stripped back to the decking material.

We engaged various divisions within the group of businesses to bring together a cohesive project: Rope Access
Technicians, Scaffold, and Roofing. The works were completed in 4 weeks.
