The Works

The project at Falkirk Stadium, involved the replacement of skylights and installation of a new man safe system to the North Stand. The primary objective was to deliver the works safely, efficiently, and ahead of schedule while ensuring zero disruption to ongoing club operations, including match days and training sessions. Careful pre-construction planning was carried out to align the schedule with stadium activities, supported by strong communication with the club’s management team. The use of temporary scaffolding and safety nets ensured the highest safety standards for both operatives and the public, while lightweight, durable roofing panels were selected to facilitate a faster and safer installation process.

Through clear coordination, proactive planning, and a dedicated focus on safety and efficiency, the project was completed two weeks ahead of programme. There were zero safety incidents reported throughout the duration of the works. The final outcome delivered a robust, modern roofing structure, clearly visible in aerial images of the North Stand, reflecting the team’s commitment to precision and quality workmanship.
