The MGT Group is a collective of specialist companies delivering high-quality services across the commercial construction, roofing, scaffolding, and cleaning sectors. We are seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join our dynamic, high-performing team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth, efficient delivery of projects by providing vital administrative and coordination support across all four businesses. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident in working across multiple teams and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and Directors across the group.
  • Monitor and manage project documentation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely updates.
  • Maintain project schedules, trackers, and reporting tools using our internal IT systems.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, site visits, and resource allocations.
  • Assist with tender submissions, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), RAMS and handover documentation.
  • Support financial processes including purchase orders, invoicing queries, and cost tracking.
  • Ensure health & safety documentation and accreditations are up to date and correctly filed.
  • Coordinate onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers, including vetting and document control.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of project administration processes.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a construction, property, facilities, or engineering environment is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management or CRM software (e.g. Swiftcase, Pipedrive) is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple live projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving.
